Itinerary: 10 days from Marrakech to Imperial Cities
Day 1: Arrival in at Marrakech Airport.

day 2: Day of sightseeing in Marrakech.

Day 3: Marrakech – Kasbah Ait ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley.

Day 4: Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Merzouga Desert – Camel trek to the camp.
Today will be the epic day of this 10-day tour. After breakfast at the riad, we will head to the Todgha gorges, where you will have free time to enjoy the panoramic view of the Berber villages overlooking the valley and walk under the 300m high cliff. Then your journey continues to Merzouga (where camel trekking awaits you) passing through Tinjdad (lunch) Erfoud and Erissani while enjoying the great landscapes of the Sahara oasis.
After a nomadic welcome in a glass of mint tea, you will ride your camel, guided by a qualified camel-driver to explore the mysterious Erg-Chebbi sand sea and enjoy the beauty of the Sahara desert while riding camels.
In your nomadic tents, you will have time to relax and enjoy the sunset over the golden dunes, one of the best sunsets in the world. and finally, you will have dinner before camp, where you can spend your first night in a tent or under the stars. Please note that at your request we can bring nomadic Berber musicians to play traditional music with drums and dance around the campfire. Day 5: Desert tour – Lake Merzouga – Village of Khamliya – Nomadic family – Camel ride and overnight in the desert camp.
After breakfast, The journey will bigan around the Erg-Chebbi sand dunes. We will explore many interesting places in the area, such as Lake Merzouga (not always full of water) to see the types of birds (ducks and flamingos) that come to live in this lake, especially in the spring. We will visit the village of Khamliya where you will hear African music (Gnawa) performed by people from black Africa, then we will continue our off-road desert tour to the black desert behind the sand dunes of Erg-Chebbi. We will visit an abandoned village where working mineral fossils are found, then drive to visit a nomadic Berber family to see their way of life.
Later we are returning to Khamliya to enjoy a delicious lunch at the local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will start the adventure of camel trekking, through the beautiful and unique orange sand dunes to the desert camp. A great experience where you can feed your soul, enjoy the beautiful sunset in the middle of the dunes. Dinner and overnight will be at the camp, music will be played and you can have fun on the sand dunes under billions of stras.
Day 6: Merzouga Desert – Tafilalt Oasis – Ifrane – Fez.
On the next day you wake up early in the morning to see one of the world’s top-rated sunrises that will be ingrained in your mind. Then, you will return to the village of Merzouga admiring the unique beauty of the spectacular sand dunes of Erg Chebbi.
Right after breakfast at the Riad, you will leave for Fez via the Ziz valley, first known for its fossils. Then the Ziz gorges offer a rocky passage and the Oued Ziz leads to the oases of Tafilalt. Passing through Errachidia (you will have lunch and enjoy Berber hospitality beyond the borders), our journey continues along the rear edge of the cedar forest to Azrou, which in local Berber means “rock”, located on a steep hill of cedar forests. . inhabited by endangered Barbary apes.
The next stop is Ifrane, a neat, orderly, and modern town, which is more like Switzerland displaced in the Middle Atlas. At the end of the afternoon, you will be driven to FES to spend the night in our hotel / Riad.
Day 7: Fez – Discovery of Chefchaouen:
The following morning you will be taken to the Blue City with our local guide. It is one of the most beautiful in Morocco. Small and uncrowded, it’s easy to explore, with enough winding trails to divert you first from the Kasbah, a heavily restored fortified fortress that now contains a pretty garden, a small ethnographic museum, and an even more art gallery. part or wall of the city is an attraction. Day 8: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknas – Fez.

Stroll through the old medina of Meknes and soak up the charming hubbub of El Hedim Square. In the afternoon, we head to Fez to relax, have dinner and spend the night in a traditional Riad / or Hotel in the heart of the medina.
Day 9: Explore Fes.
On the following day you will start to discover the most historical and cultural city in Morocco. In Fez “the spiritual city of Morocco”, you will visit the medina – the old city, with its architecture. Our guided tour in Fez includes many monuments such as the Jewish quarter (Mellah) and the Dar El Makhzen or Royal Palace with its colorful mosaic architecture and golden doors. The famous Tanneries Chaouwara the largest leather workshop in the city built in the 11th century.
