Itinerary: 3 days tour from Marrakech to Merzouga desert
- Day 1: Marrakech – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley
Our tour starts at 8.00 from Marrakesh to the Strait of Dades, passing by the Atlas Pass in Tizi n Tichka, with far-reaching views across the mountains, to the traditional village of Telouet of the High Atlas Berbers and on a guided tour to the Kasbah del Galloway, the former lord of war and the Pasha of Marrakech. We will continue on to Ait Ben Haddou to visit Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, an amazing fortified village (Qusour) …. We will have lunch in Ouarzazate and continue walking to Wadi Dades, and spend the night in a riad or a hotel.
- Day 2: Dades gorges – Merzouga (camel ride – night in the desert)
After breakfast, you and your driver will transfer from Dades Valley to the desert of Merzouga. Berber villages are scattered along the route. We will pass through Tinjdad and Jurf … where we feel the beginning of the Tafilalet desert oasis. After a few minutes of rest, we head to the camels waiting for us to take us on an adventure in the sand dunes and enjoy their unforgettable beautiful scenery. We will spend the night in a camp equipped with drum music in the middle of the desert, this is a great opportunity to take beautiful pictures of the sunset and sunrise, and when we get to the camp we will go to some high dunes to watch the sunset. We will spend the night in Bedouin tents.
- day 3: Merzouga – Ouarzazate – Marrakech
After watching the sunrise, we return on camels to Merzouga after breakfast and take a shower at the hotel, then start our trip again to Ouarzazate. on my way; We visited the Berber shops that contain fossils, carpets, lamps, leather … they are recruited. Upholstered corridors. Boumalene de Dades … We arrived in Ouarzazate in the afternoon, and after that, we arrive in Marrakesh, and here our trip ends.
